Whenever you experience a major outage that your team can’t address on their own, simply page us, and within 15 minutes, an SRE will join your chatroom, video call, or conference bridge to deliver top-notch incident management and distributed systems troubleshooting- all at a fraction of the cost of a full-time SRE.
I created this service with the understanding that sometimes your team must focus on developing new features and may not have the bandwidth or budget to establish a full SRE or DevOps capability.
